JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Responsible for converting leads into successful closures, achieving assigned sales targets, and earning performance-based incentives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and address their queries promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, appointments, and site visits when required.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
- Negotiate and close business opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline 1–3 years of experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
