About the Role
We are looking for passionate, energetic, and goal-oriented Fundraising Executives to join our Direct Marketing team. In this role, you will represent leading social impact initiatives and engage directly with individuals to inspire long-term support through monthly donations. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact on society.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face fundraising campaigns at corporate offices, malls, residential communities, events, and public venues.
- Educate potential donors about our mission, programs, and impact.
- Inspire individuals to become regular monthly donors and supporters.
- Meet and exceed individual and team fundraising targets.
- Build positive relationships with donors and maintain professional representation of the organization.
- Accurately record donor information and complete donation documentation.
- Participate in campaign planning, training sessions, and team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with fundraising standards, policies, and ethical practices.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with new people.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the city for fundraising activities.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in direct sales, fundraising, customer acquisition, field marketing, promotions, or business development.
- Experience working with NGOs, charities, or social impact organizations is an advantage.
