Mechanical Design Engineer:
- Knowledge in drafting and designing of products·
- Knowledge in drafting & modeling software like Auto cad, Solid works, Auto cad Inventor, Ansys, etc.,·
- Ability to preparation of ISO/AS documents as per QMS requirements· Knowledge in product FEA & CFD analysis ·
- Strong knowledge in heavy structural design, precision machining components design, sheet metal design & its selection calculations·
- Knowledge container/enclosure design & its selection calculations·
- Knowledge in design activities planning & control·
- Knowledge in preparing technical presentation of products·
- Knowledge in preparing design documentation, calculation and drawing, etc.·
- Knowledge in first sample inspection of product at vendor place·
- Knowledge in geometric tolerancing & dimensioning ·
- Knowledge in suitable component selection with reference to specification·
- Knowledge in detailed drawing preparation from assy· Willing to work in team·
- Ability to handle meeting with vendor for finalizing the components·
- Ability to handle the project activities like planning, cost working, designing, proto-type, documentation control , etc.·
- Knowledge in preparation of technical manuals such as user hand book, drawing manual, parts catalog, maintenance manual, assembly and disassembly procedure and site installation manual.
Qualification : Diploma / BE - Mechanical.
Experience :Fresher / 2-3 Years
