Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, references, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing/recruitment solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business partnerships.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM/database of leads, clients, and business opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Participate in client meetings, networking events, and business presentations.
Required Skills

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field
- MBA preferred
