Hiring: Business Operations & Marketing Intern

We're looking for a smart, proactive, and ambitious Business Operations & Marketing Intern to work closely with the founder and help grow our marketing agency and business operations.
Internship Responsibilities:
- Client communication and follow-ups
- Lead management and CRM updates
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating with clients
- Assisting with Meta Ads and digital marketing operations
- Internet research and market analysis
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
- Coordinating with freelancers and vendors
- Supporting day-to-day business operations
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and business growth
Who Should Apply?
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Organized, responsible, and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office
- Interest in digital marketing, sales, and business operations
- Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools is a plus
