Position: Manager – Claims (Employee Benefits / EB)
Location: Trivandrum & Ernakulam
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Role Overview
The Manager – Claims (Employee Benefits) will be responsible for handling end-to-end claims coordination through Insurance TPA (Third Party Administrator), ensuring accurate, compliant, and up-to-date employee insurance records, along with efficient claim processing and resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate employee benefit claims (GMC, GPA, GTLI)
- Liaise with TPAs and insurance companies for claim processing and approvals
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of claims (cashless & reimbursement)
- Maintain accurate and updated employee insurance records
- Handle employee queries and provide support on claim procedures
- Monitor pending, approved, and rejected claims
- Ensure compliance with policy terms and documentation requirements

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation / Post Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in Insurance / TPA / Claims handling
