Customer Relationship Manager (Male or Female)
As a Customer Relationship Manager in our textile wholesale division, you will manage high-value accounts, including garment manufacturers and retail chains. Your primary focus is on nurturing long-term partnerships, ensuring fabric quality satisfaction, and driving bulk order volumes to meet company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to introduce new textile catalogs or seasonal collections to existing clients; implement volume-based incentives to drive bulk sales.
- Market Intelligence: Track textile industry trends, fiber price fluctuations (e.g., cotton, polyester), and competitor pricing to provide strategic advice to management.
- Account Management & Quality Assurance: Act as the primary point of contact for quality concerns, ensuring fabric specifications meet client standards and resolving discrepancies immediately.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain precise records of fabric preferences, order history, and credit terms within the CRM system to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM),
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (specifically Advanced Excel for order tracking and data analysis) and hands-on experience with ERP/CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
