Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare pizzas with consistency and authentic flavors.
- Supervise and verify mise-en-place; ensure stations are organized and ready for service.
- Check prep quality/quantity, label items properly, and maintain par levels.
- Train junior chefs on prep priorities, hygiene, and time management.
- Receive and inspect ingredients—check quality, packaging, rates, and shelf life.
- Manage inventory levels and control over/under prep to reduce waste.
- Monitor daily spoilage/wastage, and prepare upselling suggestions for slow-moving items.
Education Requirement:
- Minimum Education: UNDER GRADUATE IN ANY DISCIPLINE/Hotel management
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
