Customer Support Associate

Schedule: 6 Days a week, Full-time
The Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve order issues, process requests, and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus.
