Job Overview
MICASAOSO is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader – Sales to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, proven experience in real estate sales, and the ability to drive business growth through effective team management and strategic sales execution.
The role involves supervising the sales team, generating revenue, mentoring team members, handling key client interactions, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of business targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular performance feedback to team members.
- Generate and follow up on qualified sales leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Assist the team in negotiations and closing high-value sales.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and efficient customer relationship management.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth documentation and sales processes.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Team Handling.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and achieving sales targets through a team.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software.
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
