An E-commerce & Quick Commerce Manager drives online sales, product visibility, and profitability across marketplaces like Amazon and rapid-delivery apps like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. Responsibilities include P&L ownership, catalog optimization, ad campaigns, and managing inventory to ensure seamless order fulfillment and minimize stock outs.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Own the brand’s storefronts and seller accounts on Amazon and major quick commerce platforms.
- P&L & Pricing: Monitor margins, establish competitive pricing, and control promotional and trade discounts to ensure profitability.
- Performance Marketing: Strategize and execute Amazon Ads (PPC, Sponsored Brands/Products) and app-based visibility tactics to drive the highest possible Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels. Prevent stockouts on immediate-fulfillment apps while managing excess inventory on Amazon.
- Catalog & Content Optimization: Oversee product listings, SEO keywords, high-quality imagery, and A+ content to maximize conversion rates.
- Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (ROI, conversion rates, customer reviews, and sales trends) to adjust strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 3–7+ years of experience in E-commerce/Digital Marketing, with specific, hands-on experience using Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Indian quick commerce partner portals.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency with e-commerce data and analytics, excellent stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of the D2C/FMCG ecosystem.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
