Technical Service Engineer – Accounting Software Support

Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Technical Service Engineer to provide implementation, training, and support for accounting software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting processes and be able to assist clients with software usage, troubleshooting, and day-to-day support. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and solving application-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure accounting software at client locations or remotely
- Provide software demonstrations, onboarding, and user training
- Assist customers with software-related queries and troubleshooting
- Support clients in areas such as invoicing, inventory, GST, and financial reports
- Maintain customer records and service documentation
- Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution and feature requests
- Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide phone, email, and remote support to clients
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Computer Applications, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, GST, and billing processes
- Experience in accounting software support is preferred
- Freshers with accounting knowledge and good communication skills may also apply
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel for client visits when required
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
