The Senior Project Manager (MEP) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, and Building Services activities for metro rail and infrastructure projects. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, quality standards, contractor performance, and ensuring successful project delivery within the stipulated timeline.
- Lead and manage the execution of all MEP works for metro stations, depots, tunnels, and associated infrastructure projects.
- Review and coordinate MEP designs, shop drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, quality procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and construction schedules.
- Manage procurement activities related to MEP systems and equipment.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Prepare project reports, budgets, forecasts, and management updates.
- Ensure timely closure of project punch points and successful project handover.
- 12–20 years of experience in MEP project execution and management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Metro Rail, Railway, Airport, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience in managing HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, ELV, BMS, and related building services.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of metro rail project standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and BIM/Revit.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
