About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, patient-focused, and result-oriented Clinic Head to manage the day-to-day clinical and patient coordination activities at Aura Dental, Kondapur and Madinaguda.
The primary responsibility of the Clinic Head will be patient consultation, treatment conversions, patient follow-ups, fee collection, and ensuring a smooth patient journey from consultation to treatment completion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, good clinical knowledge, and the ability to understand patient concerns and confidently guide them toward the right treatment plan.
Key Responsibilities1. Patient Consultation & Treatment Conversion
- Consult with patients and understand their dental concerns, expectations, and treatment needs.
- Explain the recommended diagnosis and treatment plans to patients in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Build trust and rapport with patients and address their concerns regarding treatment, cost, duration, and procedures.
- Effectively convince and motivate patients to opt for the recommended treatment plans.
- Take ownership of patient conversions and work toward achieving clinic treatment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team to ensure patients receive accurate information about their treatment options.
2. Patient Follow-Up
- Maintain regular follow-up with patients who have not yet started their recommended treatment.
- Follow up with patients after consultation through calls, messages, or other appropriate communication channels.
- Understand reasons for treatment delays or drop-offs and address patient concerns to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure that potential treatment cases are consistently followed up until the patient makes a decision.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective patients.
3. Fee Collection & Payment Management
- Take responsibility for timely collection of treatment fees from patients.
- Regularly follow up with patients regarding pending or outstanding payments.
- Ensure that all dues are clearly communicated to patients and collected on time.
- Maintain accurate records of patient payments, pending amounts, and treatment-related financial information.
- Coordinate with the front office and accounts team to ensure proper payment tracking.
4. Data Entry & Software Management
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient consultations, treatment plans, follow-ups, conversions, payments, and other relevant information into clinic software.
- Keep patient records and treatment data updated at all times.
- Ensure that patient conversion and follow-up data is accurately maintained for reporting and review.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure there are no gaps in patient data.
5. Clinic Operations & Patient Handling
- Manage and coordinate the overall patient experience at the clinic.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, reception, and other clinic staff.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and take appropriate action to resolve concerns.
- Support the clinic team in maintaining high standards of patient care and service.
Requirements & Qualifications
- BDS degree is mandatory.
- MDS candidates will be preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent patient-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Good technical and clinical knowledge of BDS-level dental procedures and treatments.
- Strong ability to convince and motivate patients to proceed with recommended treatments.
- Experience in patient conversion, counselling, and treatment follow-up will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of fee collection and payment follow-up.
- Comfortable using clinic management software and maintaining accurate patient data.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and responsible approach toward achieving clinic goals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
