We are looking for a highly organized, psychologically informed, and proactive Course Coordinator who can efficiently manage academic operations, faculty coordination, student engagement, and program execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic & Course Coordination
- Coordinate offline psychology training programs, workshops, and academic events.
- Manage course schedules, session planning, and academic calendars.
- Coordinate with faculty members, guest speakers, and trainers regarding sessions and academic requirements.
- Ensure smooth execution of classes, assessments, assignments, and certification processes.
- Monitor course progress and maintain academic quality standards.
Student Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding course-related support.
- Maintain professional student engagement and communication throughout the program.
- Address student concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Track attendance, participation, and student progress.
Operational Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day academic coordination and classroom operations.
- Maintain proper records, reports, and academic documentation.
- Support admissions, onboarding, and orientation activities when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth academic execution.
Quality & Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement in course delivery and student experience.
- Contribute ideas for enhancing program effectiveness and scalability.
- Support the development of structured academic systems and workflows.
