Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules of management
- Coordinate with internal teams for task follow-ups and status updates
- Prepare reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), presentations, and documentation
- Handle emails, calls, and professional communication on behalf of management
- Track priorities, deadlines, and pending tasks across departments
- Assist in project coordination and execution
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Organize data, records, files, and MIS reports
- Support management in decision-making with timely updates and information
- Coordinate interviews, events, meetings, and client interactions when required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Finance and/or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Finance Domain and office administration.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
