About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Clinic Manager / Patient Relationship Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic and ensure a seamless patient experience. We are looking for someone with a background in dentistry or prior experience in a dental healthcare setup.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication and organizational skills with the ability to optimize clinic workflow and enhance patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and streamline daily clinic workflow and operations
- Maintain and monitor clinic records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all clinic SOP
- Improve patient footfall through patient engagement and coordination
- Counsel and guide patients regarding treatments and appointments
- Supervise and guide non-clinical staff to ensure efficient functioning
- Maintain inventory and coordinate stock requirements
- Oversee smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient communication
- Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service
Requirements
- Background in dentistry or prior experience in a dental clinic preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate operations efficiently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and record management
- Experience in a dental or healthcare setup is an added advantage
