Job Summary
The Verbal & Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for enhancing students' communication, interpersonal, presentation, employability, and professional skills. The trainer will design and deliver training programs that prepare engineering students for campus placements, higher studies, entrepreneurship, and professional careers.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development
- Conduct training sessions on verbal aptitude, communication skills, and soft skills.
- Train students in spoken English, business communication, and professional etiquette.
- Deliver sessions on personality development, confidence building, and public speaking.
- Conduct group discussions (GD), mock interviews, and presentation skills workshops.
- Train students on resume writing, email etiquette, and professional networking.
- Develop placement-oriented training modules for engineering students.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in English, Communication or related field.
- Certification in Soft Skills Training, Corporate Training, or Communication Skills is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in soft skills, verbal aptitude, or employability skills training.
- Experience in engineering colleges, universities, training institutes, or corporate training environments is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
