We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team Satyam Packaging. The position offers an in-hand salary and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to smooth operations of the Factory.
- Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.
- Maintaining day-to-day operations.
- Manage and update information accurately.
- Keeping attendance records of Employees.
- Team Management.
- Providing rates from the rate list to the Customers.
- Handling Petty Cash.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 – 8 Years Experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days a week.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
