The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting tailored digital marketing solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project execution.

The Business Development Manager will promote these services, acquire new clients, maintain long-term business relationships, and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead generation channels.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to showcase the company's services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful service delivery.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, CRM records, and client databases.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to expand the company's client base.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in a Digital Marketing, IT, or Agency environment).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closing.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Graphic Design, Branding, Video Editing, and Email Marketing.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities, when required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience: 2–5 years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Industry Preference: Digital Marketing Agency, IT Services, Advertising Agency, SaaS, or Technology Services.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
