Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can independently lead client accounts, build effective social media strategies, manage a creative team, and deliver measurable results. This is a leadership role, so candidates should be confident in handling multiple brands and client communications.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and execute end-to-end social media strategies for client brands.
* Plan monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
* Lead and manage the social media team, including interns and executives.
* Oversee content creation, reels, posts, and brand communication across platforms.
* Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and clients.
* Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize strategies.
* Manage Meta Business Suite and collaborate on paid campaign planning.
* Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a branding or digital marketing agency.
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major platforms.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, analytics tools, and content planning.
* Knowledge of Meta Ads, copywriting, and performance marketing is a plus.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Working Hours
12:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Flexible based on project requirements)
