Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases. The ideal candidate has good typing speed, strong attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, or internal software systems
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry, and correct any discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee data
- Retrieve data as requested and generate reports as needed
- Scan and organize documents, and maintain proper filing (physical and digital)
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Respond to data-related queries from internal teams
- Adhere to data integrity and security protocols at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12th pass or Graduate (any stream); diploma/certificate in computer applications preferred
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (specify WPM if needed, e.g., 30+ WPM)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications
- Good command of English/Hindi typing as per requirement
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
