About the Role
We are a global marketing and technology company operating across multiple markets and time zones, seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Manager & Operations Coordinator to join our remote team.
This is a cross-functional role that sits at the heart of our agency. You will be responsible for managing client projects from onboarding through to delivery, ensuring seamless communication between clients and our internal teams across design, social media, paid advertising, content production, SEO, websites, and development.
You will act as the bridge between our clients and specialists, translating client objectives into clear, actionable briefs while ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Strategy
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Lead client onboarding, discovery sessions, and regular review meetings.
- Understand each client's business, objectives, target audience, competitors, and KPIs.
- Translate client goals into clear project plans and actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Manage client expectations, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Project & Operations Management
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across various departments.
- Manage internal workflows between Design, Social Media, Paid Advertising, SEO, Content, Websites, and Development teams.
- Ensure projects are progressing according to schedule and identify risks before they become issues.
- Maintain project management systems, documentation, task boards, and reporting.
- Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and agency standards.
- Continuously improve internal processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
Marketing Coordination
A strong understanding of digital marketing is essential. While you won't be expected to execute campaigns yourself, you should confidently understand and coordinate work across multiple disciplines, including:
- Social Media Management
- Graphic Design & Creative Content
- Paid Advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- SEO
- Website Development & UX
- Branding & Creative Strategy
- Email & CRM Marketing
You'll be responsible for ensuring each department has everything required to successfully execute campaigns and projects.
Creative Direction & Quality Control
- Review creative work before client delivery.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback to designers, content creators, and marketing specialists.
- Understand what makes effective creative, engaging social content, and high-performing digital campaigns.
- Maintain a consistently high standard across all client deliverables.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with department leads to prioritise workloads and deadlines.
- Facilitate communication across multiple teams.
- Ensure information flows efficiently between clients and internal departments.
- Support operational planning, reporting, and resource allocation.

- Experience using project management and CRM platforms (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, HubSpot, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Previous experience within a digital marketing agency is highly advantageous.
