Role Overview :
This role strengthens the work of the Learning Experience Design (LxD) team by embedding data-driven reflection, measurement, and learning insights into the design and delivery of educational programs and products. The person in this role will collaborate closely with program, technology, and learning experience teams to analyze educator and learner journeys, measure program effectiveness, and establish strong feedback loops. The goal is to ensure continuous improvement in learning experiences, product design, and facilitation based on evidence and evolving learner needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
Proficiency in working with both qualitative and quantitative data.
Understanding of learning sciences, curriculum design, or human-centered design principles.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—able to translate data into insights and action.
Reflective, curious, and collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams.
Comfort with operating at the intersection of program design, product development, and facilitation.
Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 77,000/- per month (cost to company) (The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
