About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, converting qualified leads, and building long-term relationships with brands.
This role is ideal for professionals with mandatory experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, Media Agency, or Advertising Agency.
The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, client meetings, campaign budgeting, business development, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful influencer marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful business opportunities.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings to understand marketing objectives and propose customized influencer marketing solutions.
- Prepare campaign proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Develop campaign budgets and pricing strategies aligned with client requirements.
- Analyze leads, evaluate business potential, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with influencer marketing, media, and creative teams to develop effective campaign plans.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with management to develop business growth strategies.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong experience in lead generation, lead conversion, and business development.
- Hands-on experience handling client meetings and presenting marketing solutions.
- Experience preparing campaign budgets and commercial proposals.
- Good understanding of influencer marketing campaigns, digital media, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
