2. Maintain cost databases for both Material & Labour.
3. Work on Rate Analysis for the BOQ line Items.
4. Get Sub vendor, Material & Labour rates from the market.
5. Prepare Variation Statement of cost analysis to compare against supplier quotes.
6. Negotiate with Sub vendors, Suppliers & Labours.
7. Explore & Identify New Products in market.
8. Should be willing to learn.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
