Job Summary:
HashGrid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to overall company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IT & digital solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or software solutions.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field , BBA , MBA .
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales/business development can apply.
