About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on and articulate Project Associate to support the implementation and testing of RFID and IoT systems at client sites. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to work on live technology deployments and communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end implementation of RFID and IoT solutions at client locations
- Perform functional and integration testing of hardware and software systems
- Document test cases, results, and assist with issue tracking and resolution
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and client points of contact (SPOCs) for seamless execution
- Support device installation, commissioning, calibration, and troubleshooting on-site
- Communicate project updates and technical insights clearly to both internal teams and clients
Desired Profile
- Freshers or candidates with 3–6 months’ exposure to IoT, RFID, or embedded systems (via internship or coursework)
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to engage confidently with clients
- Basic knowledge of sensors, device connectivity (e.g., Bluetooth, NFC, ), and hardware testing
- Any prior project experience in RFID/IoT will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel across India or relocate to Bangalore for project needs
- Demonstrates stability, eagerness to learn, and the ability to follow through on assignments
- Proactive, organized, and a fast learner with a focus on documentation and coordination
- Willingness to travel for client deployments (reimbursed)
