Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) with 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow SPM suite, ITBM, JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies, integrations, and ServiceNow Studio. Coding experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules including:
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Demand Management
- Resource Management
- Agile Development
- Financial Planning
- Innovation Management
- Application Portfolio Management (APM)
- Customize project templates, scoring models, and portfolio dashboards.
- Design scalable technical architectures following ServiceNow best practices.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, UI Policies, scripts, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Work with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
- Support AI-driven insights and predictive analytics capabilities for project planning.
Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITBM.
- Strong knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management.
- JavaScript and Glide scripting.
- ServiceNow Studio.
- Business Rules, UI Policies, and integrations.
- Experience with PPM, Demand Management, Innovation Management, and APM.
- Exposure to SAFe and Agile frameworks.
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills.
Certification
CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) certification is preferred/required.
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
