- Sourcing and coordinating with vendors and manufacturers for fabrics, trims, accessories, and finished products.
- Managing product development timelines and ensuring timely procurement as per production requirements.
- Negotiating pricing, sampling, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinating with internal teams including production, design, and operations for smooth order execution.
- Maintaining records of purchase orders, costing sheets, vendor details, and sourcing documentation.
- Monitoring product quality, follow-ups on samples, and ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements.
