We offer 11 river-facing rooms, a Terrace Café, and a Star Gazing Room — built for discerning travellers who seek beauty and stillness. We are assembling a founding team that shares our passion for genuine hospitality.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Front Office Executive is the primary point of contact for all guests at Tiraya. You will manage the full guest journey from reservation to check-out, ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and quality of our brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage check-ins and check-outs smoothly and professionally
* Handle reservations via phone, WhatsApp, email, and OTA portals (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com)
* Respond to guest queries and resolve complaints promptly
* Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and café teams
* Maintain daily occupancy reports, guest records, and billing
* Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front office / reception
* Good spoken Hindi; basic English communication
* Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Excel/Google Sheets
* Honest, punctual, well-groomed, and guest-oriented
* Freshers from hotel management institutes will also be considered
* Preference for candidates from Himachal Pradesh or willing to relocate
