Job Description – BIM Architect / BIM Modeller (Draftsman)
Role: BIM Architect / BIM Modeller (Draftsman)
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Required Software Skills
* AutoCAD
* Revit (BIM Modelling – Architecture, Structure & MEP Services) Mandatory
Key Requirements
* Candidate must have hands-on experience in BIM Modelling.
* Should have understanding of:
* Architectural Plans
* Working Drawings
* Structural Drawings
* MEP Drawings
* Must be able to read and understand technical drawings and identify what is happening in the design/drawing.
* Knowledge of coordination between Architecture, Structure, and MEP services will be preferred.
Responsibilities
* Create and modify BIM models using Revit.
* Prepare detailed architectural and working drawings.
* Coordinate with design and execution teams.
* Maintain drawing standards and project documentation.
* Support project planning through accurate modelling and drafting.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Diploma/B.Tech/B.Arch related background preferred.
* Good drafting and detailing knowledge.
* Attention to detail and coordination skills.
* Ability to work on deadlines and project requirements.BIM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
