About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Executive to drive business growth in
Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects. The role requires a strong understanding of sewage
treatment processes along with the ability to manage end-to-end project sales—from lead
generation to execution and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate leads through various channels such as online portals, references, consultants, and
direct outreach
● Identify and develop new business opportunities in STP and wastewater treatment projects
● Understand client requirements and propose suitable sewage treatment solutions
● Conduct site visits, meetings, and technical discussions with clients
● Prepare and present proposals in coordination with the technical team
● Handle negotiations and closures of projects
● Coordinate internally for smooth project execution and delivery
● Follow up with clients regularly and maintain strong long-term relationships
● Track project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle
Key Requirements
● 2–4 years of experience in sales of STP / wastewater treatment / environmental projects
● Basic to intermediate understanding of sewage treatment processes and technologies
● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
● Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
● Proactive and result-oriented approach
Preferred Skills
● Knowledge of STP technologies such as MBBR, SBR, or MBR
● Experience working with consultants, builders, industries, or government clients
● Familiarity with project-based sales cycle
