Job Title: Purchase Manager – Real Estate & Construction
Location: Zundal, Ahmedabad - Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month
Key Responsibilities
Procure construction materials (cement, steel, tiles, sanitary, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Plan material requirements and coordinate with site teams
Negotiate rates and maintain vendor relationships
Create POs, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely supply
Verify quality & quantity of materials and maintain proper documentation
Assist in cost control and prepare purchase reports
Requirements
3–5 years experience in Real Estate / Construction procurement
Knowledge of construction materials and vendor market
Strong negotiation and costing skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
MS Excel / ERP knowledge preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Civil / Business / Commerce
