Job Summary
The Operations Executive is responsible for managing operational documentation, data entry, production tracking, process coordination, reporting, and inter-departmental communication. The role ensures smooth workflow between Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, Sales, HR, and Project teams while maintaining accurate records and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, and company software.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Production Reports (DPR), MIS reports, and operational dashboards.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, Sales, and Project teams for smooth execution.
- Track production progress, pending activities, and project status.
- Maintain production, dispatch, inventory, and material tracking records.
- Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), follow-up sheets, and action trackers.
- Monitor daily task completion and update management regularly.
- Maintain documentation such as POs, invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, and project files.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely execution of activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries.
- Ensure all operational documents are properly filed and updated.
- Support audits by maintaining complete documentation and records.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
- Perform any additional operational and coordination tasks assigned by management.
Qualification
- Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, or any relevant discipline).
Experience
- 1–4 years in Operations, Data Entry, MIS, Process Coordination, Administration, or Project Coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
