We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Executive - Sales with experience in client acquisition, lead management, and business development & Executive – Sales for Freshers. The candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation across education and brand-focused solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through various channels including digital campaigns, referrals, networking, events, and outbound activities.

Conduct prospecting, follow-ups, and client interactions through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.

Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions/services effectively.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.

Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, counselling sessions, and product/service demonstrations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term engagement.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, digital marketing, social media, and performance teams) for campaign execution and client deliverables.

Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.

Participate in exhibitions, seminars, education fairs, networking events, and client meetings as required.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Experience:

2-4 years of experience for Senior Executive role in Sales / Business Development / Marketing / Client Acquisition roles.

0-1 year of experience for Freshers.

Experience in digital marketing, education services, agency sales, or related industries will be preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation abilities. Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and digital platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business activities.
Education:
- MBA / PGDM (Marketing / Sales / Management) preferred.
- BBA / BMS / B.Com / BA or any graduate with relevant sales experience
