- Handle complete purchase cycle including inquiry, quotation, negotiation, PO creation, and follow-up
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Source raw materials, packaging materials, chemicals, and other required items at competitive prices
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays
- Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and dispatch departments
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock availability
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Maintain purchase records, MIS reports, and documentation properly
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedures
- Handle local as well as interstate procurement activities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
