About the Role
We are looking for an AI & Automation Generalist who enjoys building practical solutions using AI tools. This role focuses on execution, experimentation, and delivering outcomes—not traditional qualifications or coding expertise.
If you can quickly learn new AI tools, automate workflows, build applications, create content, and solve business problems, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered workflows and automations using no-code/low-code tools.
- Create and deploy AI applications, chatbots, and internal productivity tools.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools and technologies.
- Automate repetitive business processes.
- Create AI-generated content, presentations, and documentation when required.
- Test, improve, and optimize AI solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver projects within deadlines.
- Learn and adapt to new AI platforms quickly.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Automation.
- Ability to learn new tools independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Strong execution and ownership mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar tools is preferred.

- Coding knowledge is not mandatory.
- Candidates with a portfolio of AI projects or automations will have an added advantage.
Work Details

- 6-day work week
- Performance-driven role focused on outcomes rather than hours worked.
- Saturdays are off if weekly deliverables are completed and there are no scheduled meetings.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
