Position: Tele calling Executive
Location : Cochin (Kochi)
Experience: 1–3 Year
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up on inquiries and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Strong persuasion and customer relationship skills.
Salary & Benefits:
