We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our factory operations and ensure smooth execution across cutting, stitching, and finishing. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and on-ground problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities : Production Planning & Execution
- Execute production plans in coordination with PPC
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved
- Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and line outputs
Floor Management
- Supervise cutting, sewing, and finishing departments
- Manage line supervisors, operators, and helpers
- Ensure proper line allocation and manpower utilization
Coordination
- Collaborate with Merchandising, PPC, and Quality teams
- Ensure smooth flow of materials and approvals
Quality & Delivery
- Ensure production meets required quality standards
- Drive on-time order completion and dispatch
Reporting
- Maintain daily production reports (DPR)
- Track efficiency, absenteeism, and output metrics
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes
- Leadership and team handling experience
- Ability to manage high-pressure production environments
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in woven garments
- Exposure to factories with 100+ machines
- Familiarity with buyer compliance and audit requirements
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
