About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization and a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices. The role involves improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and supporting overall digital growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement and optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
- Execute off-page SEO activities such as link building, outreach, and citation management.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
- Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structures.
- Understanding of content optimization and SEO copywriting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of local SEO and schema markup.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted SEO tools and content optimization platforms.
