Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative activities. This role provides a foundation in HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Handle general admin tasks and HR-related communications.
- Participate in organizing HR events and team activities.
- Help address basic HR queries and disseminate company policies.
- Conduct basic research and support HR projects or policy updates.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed relevant undergraduate degree.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS/ATS is a bonus.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Confidential, proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR operations understanding.
- Basic labor law awareness (beneficial).
- Research, analysis, and teamwork orientation.
