## About the Role
Bludesign Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
## Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and manage *Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads* campaigns.
* Execute and optimize *Google PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Ads* campaigns.
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
* Track campaign metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
* Coordinate with the design and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising platform updates.
## Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of *Meta Ads Manager*.
* Hands-on experience with *Google Ads (PPC)*.
* Understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
* Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and reporting tools.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and time management.
## Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
* *Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Digital Marketing is mandatory.*
## Experience
* Minimum *2 years* of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
* Proven experience in running successful *Meta Ads* and *Google PPC Ads* campaigns.
## Salary
