We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and responsible Dispatch Executive to support our daily operations, customer collections, dispatch activities, and field coordination.
Job Summary
The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for delivering parcels, documents, coordinating with customers and vendors, maintaining records, and ensuring timely completion of assigned field activities. The ideal candidate should be punctual, customer-friendly, and willing to travel within Coimbatore and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch Duties
- Prepare products, invoices, and delivery documents for dispatch.
- Ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners.
- Track dispatched orders and update delivery status.
- Maintain dispatch registers and inventory movement records.
Candidate RequirementsQualification
- Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is an added advantage.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.
- Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and nearby locations.
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps for navigation.

Working Hours
