Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Psychology to senior secondary classes (Grades XI & XII) as per CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, case studies, and teaching materials aligned with syllabus requirements.
- Deliver engaging sessions covering theoretical concepts and practical applications of Psychology.
- Conduct experiments, surveys, and project-based learning activities.
- Assess students through tests, assignments, practicals, and examinations.
- Maintain student records, progress reports, and attendance.
- Provide academic and emotional support to students, encouraging mental well-being.
- Guide students in project work, research, and presentations.
- Integrate real-life examples and case studies for better conceptual understanding.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress.
- Contribute to life skills programs, counselling support, and school wellness initiatives.
- Ensure a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology (M.A./M.Sc. Psychology)
- B.Ed. (Mandatory as per CBSE norms)
- Experience:
- 2–5 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (preferred)

- Strong knowledge of psychological theories and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive student issues with confidentiality
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Basic counselling and mentoring ability
- Proficiency in ICT-based teaching tools

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
