Site Engineer – Interior | 2–5 Years Experience
We are hiring a Site Engineer – Interior to manage residential and commercial interior fit-out projects from execution to final handover. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, maintain quality standards, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects within the defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, maintain schedules, and report delays or site issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and site safety practices.
- Verify site measurements, inspect materials, and support procurement and billing activities.
- Manage subcontractors, carpenters, electricians, and other site teams.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and project documentation.
- Resolve on-site technical issues, address client queries, and coordinate snagging, project handover, and final closure.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out site execution (residential/commercial).
- Strong knowledge of working drawings, BOQs, site execution, materials, and finishing works.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites when required.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
