We are looking for a Technical Quality Control Engineer with experience in quality inspection, mechanical drawings, supplier quality, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement..

Perform incoming and pre-shipment inspections of mechanical components and tooling.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, BOMs, and engineering specifications.

Prepare inspection plans based on engineering drawings.
-
Verify material certificates, treatment certificates, dimensional reports, and other quality documents.

Ensure compliance with drawings, procedures, quality plans, and customer requirements.
-
Identify, document, and manage non-conformities (NCRs).
-
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
-
Provide technical support to suppliers and coordinate on quality-related issues.
-
Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and shipment documentation.
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain lessons learned documentation.

3–5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Inspection.

Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes – Machining, Welding, Surface Treatment, and Heat Treatment.

Hands-on experience in Incoming Inspection and Pre-Shipment Inspection.

Ability to read and interpret Mechanical Drawings and Bill of Materials (BOMs).

Experience in Inspection Plan Preparation and Quality Documentation.

Knowledge of Mechanical Fasteners, Raw Materials, and Material Grades.

Experience in NCR (Non-Conformance Report), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Experience in Supplier Quality Support and resolving quality-related issues.

Strong understanding of Engineering Standards and Quality Compliance.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent English communication.

Experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry.

Exposure to customer quality requirements and supplier quality management.

Knowledge of quality inspection tools and reporting.
