Job description
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, and digital platforms
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
- Assist in negotiations and closing sales or leasing transactions
- Maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Update property listings and CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable personality with professional attitude
- Basic understanding of property laws and market trends (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
