Job Summary
BeastDrive is looking for a creative, energetic, and confident Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence and create engaging content across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, comfortable speaking in front of the camera, and capable of representing the BeastDrive brand through videos, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow BeastDrive's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics.
- Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Confidently represent the BeastDrive brand by appearing in videos, reels, promotional campaigns, and live sessions.
- Conduct on-camera interviews with participants, customers, partners, and guests during BeastDrive events and activities.
- Create event highlights, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to develop innovative content ideas.
- Write engaging captions, promotional copy, and social media content aligned with the brand voice.
- Track social media performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Freshers with exceptional creativity, excellent communication skills, and a strong content portfolio may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and bold personality with the ability to speak comfortably in front of the camera.
- Strong presentation and interviewing skills.
- Experience creating engaging social media content and videos.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, and analytics.
- Creative thinking with strong storytelling and branding skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must currently be based in Bengaluru.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Must be comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content regularly.
- Should confidently interview participants, customers, and guests during BeastDrive events.
- Must be willing to work from the office on a full-time basis.
- A portfolio or links to previous social media work, videos, or campaigns will be an added advantage.
