As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Executive to support project governance, resource coordination, reporting, and operational excellence across multiple client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and PMO documentation.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, HR, and clients for project-related activities.
- Track resource allocation, onboarding, offboarding, and billability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Schedule project meetings, prepare MOMs, and track action items to closure.
- Monitor timesheet compliance and follow up with teams for timely submissions.
- Maintain project documentation, including SOWs, POs, project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Assist in project governance, audits, and process compliance.
- Identify project risks, delays, and escalations, and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders.
- Support revenue tracking, utilization reports, and resource forecasting.
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing support and billing-related data.
- Ensure documentation is updated and stored as per organizational standards.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of project coordination and PMO processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Pay: From ₹360,450.15 per year
